We are in the early stages of building something very special at the former Filton Airfield and your role will play a massive part in delivering this. As the Marketing Administrator, you will help support the team with implementing marketing, communication and advertising strategies in coordination with sales activities.
This role will see you collaboratively work with a mixture of teams across YTL Developments, where you will assist them with the co-ordination of content for e-newsletters, the YTL Developments website, as well as PR and social media sites. As well as assisting the teams, you will support the creation of content which will contribute to campaigns and social media sites. You will also help with producing presentation packs for our internal and external customers.
When assisting with campaigns, you will have an eye on how economically they are performing in line with budgets. You will also pull together reports on campaign performance, email enquiries, sales, market performance, and ad hoc reporting as required by the business. On a regular basis, you’ll be conducting research and analysing data to identify and define audiences for the delivery of marketing campaigns.
Alongside these responsibilities, your role will see you supporting the management of mail campaigns and the general administration of our customer databases, which includes compliance and GDPR monitoring/reporting. This role will also see you confidently engage with our 3rd party suppliers when arranging media teams to come to site.
What are the requirements?
The successful candidate will ideally hold a bachelor’s degree in marketing, as well as recently possessing experience of managing a range of marketing-based campaigns. Ideally, you’ll have experience within the construction or property sectors, however this is not essential.
Your analytical skills will be second to none, as you will be required to report on how your campaigns have performed, as well as creating content on various platforms and channels that positively drive the campaigns. You’ll need to be competent in using CRM databases, as well as using Microsoft packages, such as Microsoft Word, Office and Excel to a proficient standard.
Alongside your creative flair for your work, you’ll also love engaging with your colleagues and customers. You’ll have the ability to communicate effectively at all levels, whether that be face to face, over the phone or through email. A full driving licence will also be required.
