Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 dependent on experience

Location: Concorde House, Filton

Over the next 20 years, the former Filton Airfield is set to be transformed into Brabazon, a thriving new neighbourhood for Bristol. This historic local landmark will become a new urban community with over 2,600 homes, creative workplaces and a vibrant town centre, set amongst landscaped public squares and parkland. Over £100m is being invested to improve infrastructure with a new railway station, metro bus connectivity as well as dedicated cycleways.

This role will see you responsible for providing full, effective and timely support of project administration and document control to the project team via Viewpoint and SharePoint. You will control the receipt of information as well as issuing it upon request to your team members and the design team under controlled conditions in a complete, timely and accurate manager. Other responsibilities include providing on-site training and assistance to sub-contractors and designers, assisting with the compilation of documents in accordance with process and protocols issued, run Viewpoint reports for managers, and ensuring the team adheres to project processes and procedures by providing guidance when deviation occurs.

To be successful in this role you will have proven experience using both Viewpoint (formerly 4Projects) and SharePoint. You will be educated to GCSE/NVQ level or equivalent, and will have excellent IT Skills including Excel, Word and Outlook. Having a Knowledge of and being able to use document control systems and processes will be beneficial, alongside being able to effectively organise and prioritise your workload. The ideal candidate will be an expert in organisation and prioritising their workload, with a good attention to detail and inter-personal skills which enable them to work effectively in a team.
