Cushman & Wakefield and Savills appointed as leasing agents for landmark office buildings at Brabazon

YTL Developments has appointed Cushman & Wakefield and Savills as joint leasing agents for two flagship office buildings at Brabazon: The Interchange and One Brabazon Gateway. These best-in-class buildings will offer exceptional workspace, outstanding sustainability credentials and unrivalled connectivity at the heart of one of the South West’s most exciting new commercial destinations.  

The appointments mark a major milestone in Brabazon’s transformation into a thriving new town and a dynamic business hub for the region.

Both buildings are being constructed by YTL Construction UK and will be delivered to a Grade A specification targeting BREEAM Outstanding, NABERS 5-star, WiredScore Platinum and SmartScore Gold ratings.

The Interchange

Due for completion by the end of 2027, this eight-storey office will provide 86,300 sq ft of highly sustainable workspace. It features flexible floorplates of 13,000 sq ft, accommodating requirements from 2,600 sq ft upwards. Positioned directly next to the new railway platform and above a new ticket office, The Interchange is ideal for occupiers seeking high-performance workspace in a connected location.
